Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing product organization, the full-time Senior Program Manager will independently define the Product Operations roadmap, drive end-to-end program management for cross-functional initiatives, and champion AI-forward tools while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Product Operations roadmap, defining vision, priorities, and success metrics for planning and delivery
- Drive execution roadmaps for key initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery from concept to launch
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment between various teams, facilitating communication and decision-making processes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management or product operations within a fast-paced software or digital health environment
- Proven ability to operate independently and build roadmaps or processes from scratch
- Fluency with modern product development tools and enthusiasm for AI-forward workflows
- Strong analytical skills to interpret product and operational data for informed decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field preferred; PMP or similar certification is a plus
