Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading a high-impact technology program for NAVAIR, the full-time Senior Program Manager will oversee the entire program lifecycle, including research, planning, design, and execution, while working in a hybrid environment in Patuxent River, MD.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate project priorities and resources to ensure timely and on-budget completion
- Prepare project documentation, track program metrics, and implement continuous improvement processes
- Develop and execute Navy business development strategies while cultivating relationships with Navy stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 15 years of related experience in the DoD market
- Demonstrated success in government contracting and customer-facing roles
- Previous experience in computer systems engineering and architecture analysis/design
- Proven experience in budget management and leading complex contracts
