Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
To support the WW Sales Organization, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will manage strategic initiatives, collaborate with senior sales leadership, and drive business cadence while ensuring effective execution and reporting of growth programs.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Leadership to drive business cadence, deliver materials, and follow through on strategic initiatives
- Monitor and analyze scorecard metrics to assess effectiveness and business benefits of growth programs
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinating activities and resources while providing regular progress updates against key milestones
Required qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in program and project management, strategy, or sales operations
- Experience supporting Sales organizations and go-to-market initiatives
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Salesforce, and advanced PowerPoint skills
