Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the vendor and outsourcing strategy for Service Operations, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage complex initiatives, optimize vendor performance, and build scalable frameworks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the vendor and outsourcing strategy, including sourcing decisions and performance governance
• Design and optimize the governance model for vendor performance, including SLA architecture and escalation paths
• Manage a portfolio of programs, setting strategy, sequencing work, and driving business-level outcomes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in program or project management, with 3+ years in vendor or outsourced delivery relationships
• Proven experience in deep vendor ownership and sourcing judgment, including make-versus-buy assessments
• Demonstrated portfolio-level ownership of multiple concurrent scale programs
• Track record of building durable infrastructure and governance models that are adopted by other teams
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and mentor other program managers
