Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading complex customer delivery programs, the hybrid remote Senior Program Manager will manage end-to-end program execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and establish governance practices to ensure successful SaaS implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end program management for complex customer delivery programs, including delivery, stabilization, and future phases
- Partner with various stakeholders to align priorities, dependencies, milestones, and customer commitments
- Establish and maintain program plans, RAID logs, and executive reporting to provide transparency into program health
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of project management or delivery leadership experience
- Proven success in managing complex enterprise SaaS implementations
- Experience with strategic customers and managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including scope and risk management
- Ability to lead governance meetings and communicate effectively with executives
