Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing initiative in social media, the full-time Senior Program Manager will coordinate projects, manage budgets, and oversee community investment efforts in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate projects and develop detailed plans to achieve goals while integrating technical activities
- Analyze technology and resource needs to assess project feasibility and confer with stakeholders on specifications
- Recruit and evaluate team members, ensuring the development and maintenance of staff competence
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in grants administration, community investment, or corporate philanthropy
- 10+ years of experience with CRM and program-tracking platforms, such as Salesforce

- PMI or PMP certification preferred
