Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Program Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic programs across the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project planning and execution, defining goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure program objectives align with organizational strategy and foster strong working relationships
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in program or project management with a proven track record of successful project delivery
• PMP or other relevant certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
