Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving customer success in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Program Manager will lead strategic programs and implementations, ensuring digital systems for utility infrastructure are resilient and efficient while navigating the complexities of the energy transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for all aspects of strategic programs, collaborating with customers to define project scope and plans
• Develop specialized knowledge in utility distribution operations and contribute to strategy and policy development
• Utilize technical expertise for data analysis and decision-making, while mentoring less experienced colleagues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with at least ten (10) years of experience in utility distribution operations
• Experience with utility industry-specific software (e.g., SCADA systems)
• Knowledge of utility industry regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., NERC, FERC)
• Eight (8) years of project management experience focused on software implementation projects
• Demonstrated expertise in software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
