Job Summary

Leading strategic cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Senior Program Manager will oversee program planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment while working remotely to drive business transformation and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional programs from initiation through implementation and value realization
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and facilitate program governance meetings
• Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and constraints while promoting operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience managing programs, projects, or strategic initiatives
• Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies and governance frameworks
• Experience using project portfolio management and reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
