Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex enterprise delivery programs, the full-time Senior Program Manager will oversee Tier 1 bank implementations, managing client relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise programs, establishing governance and coordinating across various functions
• Act as the primary delivery contact for clients, chairing steering committees and managing escalations
• Maintain program financials and ensure compliance with contractual obligations while driving continuous improvement in delivery methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in large-scale enterprise software delivery, including 5 years at a senior program director level
• Direct experience in financial crime compliance, including AML, KYC, and Transaction Monitoring
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise implementations for Tier 1 banks
• Experience with cloud-based enterprise SaaS platforms and multi-vendor programs
• Strong commercial instincts and experience managing programs with regulatory deadlines
