Key Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex, cross-functional programs and strategic enterprise initiatives
- Own program financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Engage senior leadership and key stakeholders with clear communication and deliver executive-level reporting on program status
Required Qualifications
- Healthcare experience required; member experience and Medicaid experience strongly preferred
- Extensive experience as a Senior Program Manager leading large, complex programs
- Strong financial management experience, including budgeting and forecasting
- Proven experience with project planning, risk management, and executive-level reporting
- ServiceNow Project Management experience preferred
