Job Summary

Experienced program managers will find a remote opportunity as a Senior Program Manager responsible for overseeing the operating rhythm of an enterprise AI platform, ensuring cross-team sequencing, managing quarterly planning cycles, and tracking program resourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Own cross-team sequencing by mapping dependencies and monitoring progress to ensure timely handoffs
• Run the quarterly planning cycle by gathering inputs, facilitating commitment-setting, and translating commitments into trackable milestones
• Track program resourcing to maintain visibility on capacity and manage the program's calendar proactively

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, delivery management, or PMO leadership within a technology or product delivery context
• Experience running formal planning cycles and translating outputs into trackable commitments
• Track record of building and maintaining trusted executive-level reporting
• Comfortable managing budget and resource visibility with accurate tracking of variances
• Background in professional services, agency, consulting, or regulated industries preferred
