Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Owning the delivery of a multi-year, multi-workstream carrier engagement, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will manage implementation plans, oversee budget and commercial health, and ensure successful execution of timelines and quality across complex programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream programs by creating integrated implementation plans and managing concurrent workstreams
• Own budget management, including tracking hours, forecasting overruns, and negotiating change orders
• Manage risks and dependencies by maintaining RAID logs, developing mitigation plans, and escalating issues as necessary

Required qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of project delivery experience in SaaS or insurtech with complex client engagements
• Proven track record of leading multi-year engagements valued up to $10M
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams under a single integrated plan
• Strong financial management skills, including budget tracking and variance reporting
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred; Agile certification (CSM or SAFe) recommended
