Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
To support the optimization of the shopping experience in the physical retail space, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage cross-functional project teams, execute complex projects, and build partnerships with operations leaders to drive the deployment of Just Walk Out technology.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead strategic projects across Amazon Business Units, coordinating with global stakeholders to meet project goals
- Communicate program status updates and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making
- Define and implement performance metrics to measure success across procurement operations and transportation logistics
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Proven ability to manage program strategy and end-to-end delivery
- Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field is preferred
- Experience designing and implementing workforce development programs in large-scale operations
