Job Summary
Supporting the program management for AI-accelerated delivery of the Collections Feature Store, the full-time Senior Engagement Manager will manage resource planning, sprint velocity tracking, and stakeholder reporting in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee resource planning and allocation to ensure project efficiency
- Track sprint velocity and manage risk and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide stakeholder reporting and escalation for project milestones and delivery governance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Program Management or Analytics
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Experience with Jira and MS Project for project management
- Familiarity with SDLC and production release/change management
