Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading enablement initiatives across Technical and Sales Enablement, the full-time Senior Program Manager will partner with subject matter experts to define and execute programs, design delivery formats, and facilitate training sessions, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and validate enablement content and delivery formats
- Coordinate logistics and facilitate enablement sessions, gathering feedback for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- 7-10 years of experience in enablement, program management, or learning & development
- Proven experience leading enablement initiatives end-to-end
- Strong program/project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- Experience designing enablement packages suited to varied audiences and objectives
