Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Providing subject matter expertise and leadership, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage program activities within the Provider Network, focusing on Salesforce utilization, program design, implementation, and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Manages the design, implementation, and ongoing operations of business programs and services
• Develops and maintains governance frameworks to ensure effective program management practices
• Drives performance measurement and reporting, including dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required qualifications

• At least 6 years of progressive program and/or project management experience in a complex organization
• Proven experience leading large-scale or multi-functional programs within healthcare or a regulated environment
• Strong operational process improvement and change management experience
• Advanced project management skills and data analysis experience
• Experience managing budgets and resource plans for strategic initiatives
