Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
Owning the execution of the Lead-to-Cash program, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will manage cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, and Finance while driving improvements in demand capture, opportunity creation, pricing, and revenue recognition processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash roadmap and maintain a cross-functional dependency map
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead capture and opportunity creation in Salesforce
- Oversee the selection and implementation of CPQ systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of program or project management experience, with 4+ years in lead-to-cash transformation at a B2B software or services company
- Experience delivering programs across the full revenue chain, including marketing, CRM, CPQ, and billing
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite or similar platforms
- Proven track record of aligning cross-functional leaders and driving decision-making
- Experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment with complex pricing structures
