Job Summary

To drive complex, cross-functional initiatives across product launches and regulatory compliance programs, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage end-to-end legal program execution, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and oversee risk management in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end legal program management for hardware product launches, tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks
• Serve as a liaison between legal team members and cross-functional partners, aligning timelines and surfacing interdependencies
• Proactively identify risks and blockers, manage escalation processes, and document lessons learned for future execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of program management experience in the technology industry
• Proficiency with project management practices, tools, and methodologies (e.g., RACI/RAID frameworks)
• Experience working in policy, compliance, legal, or regulatory environments
• Demonstrated ability to implement AI-assisted workflows
