Job Summary
Leading the optimization of end-to-end operations and program delivery in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Program Manager, GTM Platform Operations will oversee complex operational programs, establish governance frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional leadership within the Business Technology Go-To-Market ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence and platform support across the GTM Platform ecosystem in partnership with various teams
- Oversee day-to-day GTM platform operations, ensuring high availability and performance stability across Salesforce environments
- Lead program governance for security, compliance, and internal controls tailored to federal government platform requirements
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in information systems, enterprise applications, or IT program management
- Proven experience partnering with globally distributed teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions within the GTM (Salesforce) ecosystem
- Demonstrated expertise in managing technology roadmaps and complex delivery execution
- Strong background in core enterprise information systems and cloud platforms
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid program management methodologies
