Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Experienced program leaders will find a fully remote opportunity as a Senior Program Manager, responsible for aligning product strategy, managing cross-functional initiatives, and driving accountability for high-priority projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional planning and execution for large-scale product initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives
• Establish and refine scalable program management structures and governance models across the organization
• Orchestrate end-to-end Go-to-Market project plans, facilitating launch readiness and post-release evaluations

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of technology program/project management experience, with at least 3+ years in a Senior Program Manager role in a SaaS environment
• Proven experience in establishing program frameworks and cross-functional status reporting
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience strongly preferred
• PMI-ACP, PMP, CSM, CSPO, or equivalent project/agile management certifications preferred
• Strong track record of designing and scaling program management structures and risk management models
