Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the development and implementation of a Project Quality Review Program for Major Projects, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage project assessments, establish governance readiness processes, and enhance assessment tools while working remotely with occasional onsite requirements in Northern California.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and document a standardized governance readiness and project quality review process
• Perform independent reviews of project and program documentation to ensure compliance with project management standards
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing assessment tools and scoring methodologies

Required qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of Project or Program Management and enterprise-level PMO experience within the utility industry
• PMI Certification and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• 8 years of related experience, including expertise in project controls disciplines
• Experience with Board-level or executive-level capital project governance
• Proven ability to communicate findings and recommendations to various levels of management
