Job Summary

Leading a major workstream within a complex enterprise-wide transformation program, the full-time Senior Program Manager will oversee planning, coordination, execution, and delivery management while collaborating with business and IT leaders in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned workstream, ensuring objectives, milestones, and deliverables are clearly defined and managed
• Develop and maintain detailed workstream plans, coordinating activities across various teams and monitoring progress against plans
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies while providing regular status updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of program or project management experience, particularly in complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience leading major workstreams within large enterprise-wide transformations
• Strong expertise in integrated planning, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
• Deep knowledge of large-scale program budget management
