Job Summary
Driving the development and execution of Medical Strategy, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will manage complex projects, oversee project lifecycles, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of medical plans and insights.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and integrate insights with Medical Affairs Lead to inform product strategy
- Ensure execution of the Medical Plan, including goal development and progress tracking
- Identify project issues, risks, and resource gaps, facilitating resolution and contingency planning
Required qualifications:
- Doctorate degree with 2 years, Master's with 4 years, Bachelor's with 6 years, Associate's with 10 years, or High school diploma/GED with 12 years of Project Management experience
- 5+ years of project or program-management experience in a regulated environment
- Experience supporting Global Medical Affairs or cross-functional product teams
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across functions and geographies
- Technical fluency with project management tools such as SharePoint and Excel
