Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

To ensure every strategic priority becomes measurable impact, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will lead program planning and execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive alignment with the company's strategic vision.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of product releases and new offerings
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution
• Proactively identify and mitigate program risks while providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress and milestones

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience, including 3 years managing cross-functional initiatives in a technology-focused organization
• Proven expertise in building and managing program roadmaps and timelines
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
