Owning the integrated release plan and calendar for a solution area, the full-time Senior Program Manager will orchestrate release sequencing, manage dependencies, and drive readiness assessments in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain an integrated release plan, overseeing all releases, their statuses, and dependencies
- Drive prioritization and tradeoffs across releases, balancing resource constraints and business priorities
- Provide a comprehensive view of area release health to leadership, ensuring risks and readiness gaps are actively managed
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience in program or release management, including ownership of a portfolio
- Proven ability to manage multiple interdependent releases across teams and functions
- Strong decision-making skills, particularly in sequencing and go/no-go calls
- Excellent stakeholder-management and facilitation skills
- Familiarity with enterprise release management practices and metrics
