Job Summary
To lead the growth and evolution of the global Voice of the Customer (VoC) practice, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives, translating practice strategy into execution while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the integrated portfolio of initiatives to build and scale the VoC practice, connecting projects to broader priorities
- Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through rollout, ensuring effective execution and measurement
- Develop executive-ready communications that synthesize portfolio status and facilitate decision-making across teams
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in program management, consulting, or related fields
- Proven ability to manage interconnected initiatives and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans
- Strong program management expertise, including risk management and governance
- Experience in SaaS, professional services, or complex cross-functional environments is preferred
- Familiarity with Voice of the Customer practices and program management tools like Asana or Smartsheet is beneficial
