Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the development and implementation of a Project Quality Review Program, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage project assessments, establish governance procedures, and enhance assessment tools while working remotely from Northern California with potential onsite requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document a standardized governance readiness and project quality review process, including methodologies and reporting standards
• Perform independent reviews of project documentation, ensuring alignment with project management standards and identifying gaps
• Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of current assessment tools and scoring models for project controls documentation

Required Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Project or Program Management with enterprise-level PMO experience in the utility industry
• PMI Certification and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• 8 years of related experience, including experience with Board-level capital project governance
• Expert knowledge of project controls disciplines such as scheduling, cost management, and risk management
• Experience in developing governance frameworks, standards, and assessment methodologies
