Job Summary
To support a growing trust program, the full-time Senior Program Manager will coordinate and track incidents, manage weekly operating cadences, and prepare review materials in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Track trust, privacy, and security incidents to closure, ensuring accountability and timely resolution
- Run the team's operating cadence, including meetings and logistics, while maintaining an accurate program tracker
- Prepare and route materials for internal reviews, documenting decisions and follow-up actions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in security, privacy, trust and safety, or compliance program management
- Proven ability to track cross-team work to closure without direct management of those teams
- Experience running program operations for technical teams, including meeting management and reporting
- Strong familiarity with incident management and remediation tracking
- Bachelor's degree preferred
