Job Summary

Leading the strategy and operations of the contingent workforce program, the full-time Senior Program Manager will oversee continuous improvement initiatives, manage cross-functional partnerships, and guide international expansion efforts in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end strategy and operations of the contingent workforce program, ensuring centralized ownership and defined responsibilities across partner teams
• Develop and execute a roadmap for international expansion, collaborating with various departments to establish scalable processes and compliance measures
• Oversee program governance and controls, ensuring effective management of worker classification, engagement approvals, and onboarding workflows

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in designing and leading contingent workforce programs in complex environments
• Deep expertise in contingent workforce practices, including worker classification and program governance
• Proven experience in managing supplier relationships and improving operational workflows
• Strong analytical skills to interpret workforce and financial data for actionable insights
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence stakeholders across various levels of an organization
