Job Summary
Supporting the growth of the global ClassPass marketplace, the full-time salaried Senior Program Manager will manage complex programs from concept to market, collaborating across teams to drive strategic initiatives and measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Support cross-functional programs that deliver meaningful outcomes for users and partners
- Design and launch beta tests, scaling successful ideas across the organization
- Translate business goals into actionable frameworks and roadmaps
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or strategic planning at a tech company
- Strong ability to connect high-level strategy to measurable business impact
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, including advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with SQL, Looker, or Tableau is a plus
- Deep understanding of B2B and/or B2C business models, with eCommerce experience as a bonus
