Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Providing program-level oversight for a portfolio of concurrent real estate projects across the Americas, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager will act as a trusted advisor, manage financials, risk, and vendor performance, and lead project managers to ensure efficient and consistent delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee governance and performance of multiple concurrent projects across North, Central, and South America
• Develop and execute portfolio strategies, standardized processes, and reporting tools while championing technology adoption
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, lead conflict resolutions, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business management, finance, or related engineering field
• 7+ years of experience in real estate, project management, or program management
• PMP, LEED AP certification, or equivalent project management credential preferred
• Proven experience overseeing a portfolio of concurrent projects across multiple countries
• Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate development lifecycle and financial management related to corporate real estate
