Job Summary

Managing large-scale data center construction projects, the full-time Senior Program Manager will oversee stakeholder engagement, ensure compliance with project governance, and monitor multiple project timelines while working remotely across the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and supply chains, to ensure project compliance and delivery
• Analyze and track critical milestone activities to prevent schedule delays and produce formal project status reports
• Provide technical support and guidance on cost control, value engineering, and constructability to project teams and clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
• 5-7 years of relevant project management experience in construction
• Proficiency in construction project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and management skills with effective presentation abilities
• Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions
