Job Summary
To support the transition to RainFocus as the events platform, the full-time temporary Senior Program Manager will manage change enablement, build training programs, and lead the migration from prior event platforms while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the change enablement plan for the RainFocus rollout, including stakeholder mapping and adoption milestones
- Build and deliver training sessions, quick-start guides, and documentation for users across marketing and events teams
- Serve as the primary contact between stakeholders and the RainFocus vendor team, tracking adoption KPIs and feature requests
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
- 5+ years of experience in change management, enablement, marketing, or program management
- Hands-on experience with event management platforms, specifically RainFocus
- Demonstrated experience leading tool adoption or platform migrations across cross-functional teams
- Experience defining and tracking metrics to improve operational performance
