Job Summary
Leading the manufacturing readiness stage-gate process, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage the transition of new materials from lab scale to commercial production, coordinating across various teams to ensure successful product launches in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Run the stage-gate process, including gate reviews and readiness criteria for product advancement
- Build and maintain integrated launch plans covering development, scale-up, and commercial readiness
- Coordinate across R&D, process engineering, quality, and commercial teams to ensure clear handoffs and effective communication
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of program management experience in hardware, chemicals, materials, or similar industries
- Proven track record of taking products from development through to commercial launch
- Experience in building or shaping new product introduction or stage-gate processes
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong systems thinking and organizational skills
