Job Summary
Providing interim leadership for Commercial Systems, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage the intake, prioritization, and delivery of initiatives that support Commercial teams while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the Commercial Systems roadmap reflects high-ROI work by managing the intake and prioritization process
- Transform ambiguous business requests into clear, documented requirements for execution by engineers and vendors
- Deliver multiple concurrent initiatives on time, overseeing planning, dependency management, UAT, and status reporting
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of related experience, including 3-5+ years managing cross-functional programs or operations functions
- Experience building and running an intake and ROI-based prioritization process
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives end to end, including planning and status reporting
- Strong executive communication skills, including roadmap updates and escalations
- Self-directed with the ability to quickly orient in a new environment
