Job Summary
Operating at both strategic and tactical levels, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage a complex portfolio within the Superintelligence Lab, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering results in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and prioritize projects based on alignment with long-term organizational strategy
- Define and enforce portfolio governance standards, including risk checks and phase-gate reviews
- Communicate program status and portfolio health to working teams and senior leaders, providing real-time visibility into progress and risks
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a technical or product environment
- Proficiency in Jira, including board creation and ticket management
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of programs from scoping through delivery
- Experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and improve efficiency
