Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex client onboarding and implementation programs, the full-time Senior Program Manager will manage diverse implementation engagements, coordinate cross-functional delivery activities, and drive successful project execution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project schedules, manage milestones, and coordinate delivery activities across multiple customer engagements
• Serve as the primary implementation lead, managing expectations and ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines
• Analyze implementation risks and operational challenges, developing mitigation strategies to support successful delivery outcomes

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience leading implementation programs or customer onboarding initiatives within SaaS, fintech, or banking technology
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field
• Advanced experience managing implementation programs with strong project scheduling and risk management skills
• Ability to independently manage complex engagements and competing priorities
• Experience using project management and ticketing platforms such as Jira or Smartsheet
