Senior Program Manager, Application Security

Job Summary

Leading the post-sale journey for a portfolio of large enterprise customers, the remote Senior Program Manager, Application Security will drive measurable business outcomes through the implementation and adoption of Harness's shift-left and runtime security products.

Key responsibilities

• Drive measurable value for enterprise customers by managing onboarding, implementation, and adoption of security products
• Lead complex multi-workstream security programs, ensuring clear communication and proactive risk management
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with customer executives, planning and leading quarterly business reviews to demonstrate ROI and risk reduction

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Program Management, or Professional Services in a SaaS environment
• Proven experience leading large, multi-workstream security or software implementations
• Working knowledge of modern security practices, including secure software development and vulnerability management
• Familiarity with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Jira
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
