Senior Program Manager, Data & AI

Job Summary

Overseeing data and analytics projects for a federal portfolio, the full-time Senior Program Manager, Data & AI will ensure project delivery meets mission needs, quality standards, and timelines while collaborating with technology leaders to support business development and internal AI initiatives in a primarily remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior point of contact with government leadership for analytics initiatives, providing concise reporting on progress and risks
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery across multiple analytics projects, managing schedules, budgets, and financial tracking
• Direct multidisciplinary analytics teams to deliver high-quality dashboards, reports, and actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or business analytics
• 10+ years of professional experience managing analytics or data-driven programs
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and overseeing complex project delivery
• Hands-on proficiency with analytics pipelines and applications, including familiarity with AI/ML solutions
• US citizenship or permanent resident with the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitability
