Senior Program Manager Data Center

Job Summary

Managing critical data center builds, the full-time Senior Program Manager, Data Center will coordinate infrastructure deployment, oversee project lifecycles from contract negotiation to commissioning, and ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the representative on data center construction and expansion projects, managing providers, sub-contractors, and strategic partners
• Oversee full-stack deployment processes, including MEP installation and facility readiness, ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Provide regular project status updates to leadership, tracking progress against milestones and managing partner contracts and SLAs

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical project or program management, with a focus on data center or high-density infrastructure builds
• Direct experience managing data center providers or general contractors, including contract administration and schedule oversight
• Strong understanding of data center MEP systems and structured cabling
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
