Senior Program Manager, Data Centers

Job Summary

Leading the strategic procurement and coordination of critical equipment for mission-critical data center projects, the full-time remote Senior Program Manager, Data Centers will manage complex procurement programs, negotiate with vendors, and ensure timely delivery of specialized equipment while mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies for mission-critical data center equipment across multiple projects
• Partner with design teams and engineers to establish precise equipment specifications and lead technical evaluations of proposals
• Monitor multimillion-dollar procurement budgets and manage vendor performance throughout the procurement lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
• 7-10 years of experience in data center construction or mission-critical equipment procurement
• Expertise in data center mechanical and electrical systems and managing equipment procurement for projects valued at $100M+
• Proficiency with project management platforms and procurement/ERP systems
• Strong analytical capabilities and advanced communication skills for negotiating with senior stakeholders
