Senior Program Manager, Legal Tech

Job Summary

Supporting the Legal Department in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Program Manager, Legal Tech will manage AI workflow design, provide paralegal support for litigation matters, and enhance operational efficiency through technology management and legal research.

Key responsibilities:

• Drives the Legal Department's AI enablement roadmap, managing pilots and proofs of concept while establishing evaluation methods and success metrics
• Provides paralegal support on employment and civil litigation matters, including managing subpoenas and preparing data collections
• Leads administration of the Legal Department's technology stack, evaluating tool changes and partnering with IT and Security leadership on enterprise requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate, Juris Doctor (JD), or advanced degree in law or related field preferred
• Minimum of twelve years' experience in legal operations or legal technology, preferably in employment or civil litigation
• Demonstrated experience developing or optimizing AI-enabled workflows or related technology solutions
