Job Summary
To support the rapid growth of its Life Sciences business, the full-time Senior Program Manager, Life Sciences will manage contractual scope, build and track delivery plans across multiple teams, and proactively address risks while communicating with customers in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and manage contractual scope for Life Sciences programs, ensuring alignment with customer commitments
- Build and track delivery plans across various teams, course-correcting early when deviations occur
- Surface risks and blockers proactively, providing a clear view of progress and necessary support to leadership and customers
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder programs at a senior level with hands-on ownership
- Experience in an external customer-facing role, including executive-level updates and steering committee interactions
- Track record of collaboration across clinical, product, data, and engineering teams to meet commitments
- Active use of AI tools in current work with practical examples
- An undergraduate degree
