Job Summary
Leading a large-scale commercial & industrial energy efficiency program, the full-time Senior Program Manager - PA Licensed will be responsible for directing all phases from inception through completion, managing client relationships, and overseeing program performance, while working remotely from Pennsylvania.
Key responsibilities
- Direct all phases of the client program, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs
- Own program costs, implementation, and performance metrics, including financial reporting and forecasting
- Serve as the primary customer contact, leading program review sessions and developing new business opportunities
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of project or program management experience
- 5+ years of people management experience with a track record of team development
- Bachelor's degree; MS or MBA preferred
- Experience managing large programs with annual revenues of $5-10M
- Strong business and financial acumen, including forecasting and financial reporting
