Job Summary
To support business operations, the full-time remote Senior Programmer RPG IV will analyze and resolve technical system and application issues, oversee the IBM iSeries platform, and lead project implementations while ensuring efficient resource management.
Key responsibilities
- Design application solutions and maintain knowledge of system enhancements
- Collaborate with network staff to ensure reliable operation of software and systems
- Develop and implement strategies for improving existing IBM iSeries systems
Required qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of programming experience in iSeries
- Strong proficiency in RPG ILE, RPG, CL, Query, DBU, SQL, and DDS
- Experience with WebSmart development tool is a plus
