Senior Programs Engagement Specialist
Job Summary
To support member engagement initiatives, the full-time Senior Programs Engagement Specialist will coordinate complex domestic and international activities, manage relationships with governance stakeholders, and develop engagement strategies while working remotely within the contiguous United States.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement member engagement strategies and events for various AAMC programs
- Coordinate operational and administrative tasks for governance boards, ensuring quality control and effective communication
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual meetings and events to enhance member collaboration and engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required (Business specialty preferred)
- 5 - 7 years of related work experience
- At least 1 year of experience in academic medicine or teaching hospitals (2-3 years preferred)
