Senior Project Controls Manager

Job Summary

Providing portfolio-level oversight, the full-time Senior Project Controls Manager will establish delivery strategies and governance structures while serving as a senior advisor to client stakeholders in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project controls delivery across multiple projects
• Mentor and manage project controls staff, influencing staffing and delivery models
• Contribute to the development of internal tools, standards, and process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Thirteen or more years of related experience, with at least two years in a management role
• Advanced project controls skills and expertise in client relations and consulting
• Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial, or related technical fields
• Proficiency in cost and schedule management software
