Senior Project Controls Manager

Job Summary

Leading the controls framework for Long Haul OSP projects, the full-time Senior Project Controls Manager will manage project intake, ensure adherence to schedules and compliance standards, and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the controls intake process for new Long Haul construction projects, ensuring clear ownership and setup
• Monitor project schedules and compliance, identifying deviations and maintaining visibility on unresolved issues
• Own the quality and compliance governance process, ensuring documentation and corrective actions are tracked and resolved

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunications, Business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of seven years of experience in telecommunications, fiber OSP construction, or project controls
• At least five years of experience in project controls, project/program management, or construction oversight
• Strong working knowledge of long-haul OSP construction methods and project lifecycle management
• Proficiency in project management and tracking systems, with SiteTracker experience preferred
