Senior Project Controls Manager

Job Summary

Providing portfolio-level oversight, the full-time Senior Project Controls Manager will establish delivery strategies, mentor staff, and serve as a senior advisor to client stakeholders in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee project controls delivery and establish governance structures
• Mentor and manage Managers and Senior Project Controls staff
• Contribute to internal tools, standards, and process improvements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Thirteen or more years of related experience, including 2 or more years in management
• Advanced project controls skills and expertise in client relations
• Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, or industrial sectors
• Proficiency in cost and schedule management software
